With the help of our dedicated Board, we continue to tell the story of how dreams become reality through the achievement of a college education. Your investment in the Foundation helps us provide access to citizens from across our communities. Now, more than ever, we need your help as scholarship support becomes an increasingly important source of tuition assistance for our students.

Students Use Libraries


Everything is not on the Internet

Many students have the impression that everything can be found on the Internet.  Once they engage in the their English classes faculty introduce students to the college libraries, located on every campus.  Students soon discover that books as well as journal articles found through the many electronic data sources purchased with college funds are better resources for their research papers than what they find on the Web.

Working in Groups with Faculty
is Important

Working in groups gives students a chance to learn in an interactive way which research has shown is better than sitting in the lecture hall.  Group work also simulates workplace situations where colleagues discuss a problem and formulate a collective solution.

College Alumni Game Day Experience:  Jaguars vs. Colts  4p.m.
Sign up and receive game day details on the Special Events Page.  Come watch the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Indianapolis Colts!  "Game Day Experience" tailgate will be thrown in partnership with UNF, JU and Flagler College.  More information to come.
