Welcome Home Alumni!

The newly created Florida State College at Jacksonville Alumni Association will serve all alumni of the College. The purpose of the association is to advance the best interests and well-being of Florida State College at Jacksonville by engaging alumni in the life of the institution through communication, programming, services, and volunteer opportunities.

Initially, alumni will be able to reconnect with Florida State College at Jacksonville through the Foundation website. The website will offer a variety of opportunities for alumni to get involved whether they are a recent graduate looking to build on connections made as a student or as seasoned alum seeking new ways to continue their relationship with the College.  

Alumni will have the ability to share information with the College and each other through the website. A directory of active alumni will be established so old friends can reconnect and new friends can be made. This venue will facilitate not only social networking, but will also provide information to alumni on Foundation events, annual fund giving opportunities, scholarships, special events, alumni achievements in the community and much more.

By engaging our alumni in our virtual world, we can encourage them to create a connection back to Florida State College at Jacksonville and to take advantage of the many benefits available to them through the College. As the Foundation expands this program, our goal is to create a membership benefit card to offer alumni subscriptions to an e-newsletter, magazine, discounts to campus events, as well as other corporate partnership benefits and services. This mutually beneficial program will not only generate revenue for the Foundation scholarship programs, but will draw our alumni back to the College.
